As we are in an expansion phase, we need to grow our team and are therefore looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants to join us on our journey and lead and drive projects. In this role, you will be part of our Program Management team that works with customer projects, product development, and operational projects. The team, which currently consists of 11 project and program managers, has a culture of supporting each other in our daily challenges. The team is central to the organization and collaborates closely with all departments. We work cross-functionally and see collaboration as a key to success – you will have great opportunities to influence both working methods and strategic decisions.

As a project manager with us, you will play a key role where you:

• Lead and drive projects from start to finish – both customer projects and internal development projects
• Ensure that project deliveries are made with the right quality, on time, and within budget
• Work closely with other project managers to leverage the organization’s collective expertise
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the organization to drive projects forward and ensure delivery.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a higher education degree, are trained in project management/certified project manager, and have relevant work experience. We would like you to have solid experience working as a project manager for complex development projects in the aerospace industry or similar high-tech development, with a good understanding of project management processes. The position requires proficiency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written. Don’t forget to list requirements such as certificates or a B driving license.
